PETA2, the "world's largest youth animal rights organisation" have crowned Cobra Starship as their 'Best Animal Friendly Band' in the 2010 awards.

Peta, the militant wing of Vegetanaria, annually hold the awards which "honour animal-friendly people and products.". Also receiving awards were Epitaph Records for 'Most Animal-Friendly Record Label', Gym Class Heroes for 'Most Animal-Friendly Hip-Hop Artist', Gabe Saporta (Cobra Starship, Midtown) for 'Favourite Animal-Friendly Celebrity' and Justin Bieber for 'Breakthrough Artist'.

We'd seriously advise that PETA repeal these awards, since Cobra Starship and Gym Class Heroes have a tendency to make us go on a chainsaw killing spree down at the local farm in a desperate attempt to appease the gods and prevent the release of any more music from the likes of Gym Class Heroes or Cobra Starship.

Voice your protest by throwing beef fat on the nearest vegetarian: it's the PETA way.
