You Could Be The Drummer For Smashing Pumpkins

Earlier this month, we posted THIS about the Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin and his announced leave from the band and then just two days later we posted THIS which included the statement Chamberlin wrote about his decision to quit.

Now that everything Chamberlin based has subsided, new news has come to light and it could benefit each and every one of us (depending on how talented you are on drums...).

Open auditions are being held for the drumming position of The Smashing Pumpkins and if you are in Los Angeles on April 10th then that drummer could be you *points finger*. According to the press release: "They should send their background info, photos and performance web links via email only to: pumpkinsdrummer@gmail.com."

Seriously, anyone reading this with drumming skills that happen to either reside in the US or are over there for April, go and do this, you never know, it really is the chance of a life-time.
